The service people were very friendly and prompt. I have been a customer for a very long time and was upset the last time at the large increase in the price pf the oil change. I was told the next one (that been a customer for a very long time and was upset the last time at the large increase in the price pf the oil change. I was told the next one (that was the one I just had done ) would be at a reduced rate. I paid 70.35 which is MORE than last time, I am not sure I want to have my vehicle serviced there again. I was not given a senior discount or anything. I feel because I am female I was taken advantage of. More

If I could rate lower I would. Paid way more for service originally than I should have. The the original service was not done correctly causing transmission issues. Caused us to change plans we had becaus originally than I should have. The the original service was not done correctly causing transmission issues. Caused us to change plans we had because we where afraid to drive the car. Was also quoted a price for brake job that was twice what it should be. When I questioned it the price dropped. But I will not get them do there. The person that help me on this visit to fix the issue from my first visit was apologetic and very knowledgeable. But I am so upset from the service we received on first visit. I will only go there for warranty issues. And my not buy or lease car again from Scranton More

Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had! They do not rob you like let's say Balise of Springfield and West Springfield by over charging you and giving you a vague description of what's had!
