I presented my discount coupons to Jeff my service advisor today, however, he said no need. My vehicle still had a complimentary service left from the purchase of my 2018 Buick Encore. Purchased four vehicles from Scranton starting 1994. Five Star in every way . Not anymore. Scheduled service appointment for my 2012 Buick LaCrosse needing a Saturday appointment or weekday drop off with a c Star in every way . Not anymore. Scheduled service appointment for my 2012 Buick LaCrosse needing a Saturday appointment or weekday drop off with a courtesy vehicle. They no longer have courtesy vehicles (I was told) only rentals. I had to wait 2wk to have transmission fluid removed and replaced. Not even like we were waiting for a part.At appointment car wasn’t detailed as advertised. No it wasn’t raining. My experience for yesterday’s service was disappointing. The vehicle was returned with two large greasy complete handprints on the hood. This also took place on the last two services. Based on the expense I don’t see the value of taking the vehicle to this location. I would welcome feedback as to what can be done about this extremely negative and disappointing experience.
