Disappointed. Would not honor their own Scranton oil change coupon for 8 quarts. Service mgr said my truck took more than 8. If you won't honor it why send it. Unfortunately other than Ashley who was very pleasant and my salesman Dave it was very difficult to actually reach anyone. I had an issue with the front end shimmying which ended up being tires. I was told that I would have to pay for two as they were legal. I agreed to pay but wanted to upgrade the tires with some traction as the truck is 4 wheel drive but I was told that I could only get what was on the vehicle. I would have paid the difference but I wasn’t given the opportunity to do so. Now I have to bring them to a tire dealer and have them changed, again at my cost. More
