The way my repair was handled from start to finish was very incompetent. It started with a quote of $1300+ for repairs that were actually covered under my extended warranty. Had I not personally called the warranty company Scranton would’ve charged me $1300+. After that was resolved, I was told I would only owe my $50 deductible. Once work was completed, I was blindsided and given a bill of $117.36. The charges consisted of my $50 deductible and the remaining $67.36 was being passed onto me because the warranty company did not agree with the price of a part. That should NOT be the customers problem. I paid almost 3k for an extended warranty, The part is either covered or not covered. The company doesn’t come back to the customer and tell them they will only cover 90% and I’m responsible for 10%. That’s not how it works. The Manager simply told me he doesn’t write the warranty and offered to take the part out of my car if I would like. After demanding information and pricing for the part in question, as I was going to call the warranty company myself to get some resolution, I was magically all set and only responsible for my deductible with no explanation. Work was completed and I paid my deductible. I was then told they cannot release my car until they received payment from the warranty company. This has never been an issue before (and I usually have a rental which they want back right away. This time I was left without a rental). I had to wait an extra day because the warranty company didn’t pay the bill. I was then told the warranty company was not responding. Again, I had to do Scranton’s job and I called the warranty company. Within 5 minutes I found out they were still waiting on pricing. A “quote” was submitted and they needed a final bill. I had to add Scranton onto the call and thoroughly explain what a final bill was (not a quote). I had to call the warranty company back 2 more times to make sure everything was submitted so I could get my car back. The service department should have handled this matter not me. Lastly, I have been dealing with a ghost braking issue. This has been on-going for quite some time now (before my wheel bearing issue and oil cooler line issue). When I asked Sean what was done he told me that the repairs to those two issues may have resolved the ghost braking. It has NOTHING to do with those issues. So basically the service department dropped the ball and did nothing to fix an on-going issue with my car. Customer service was VERY unsatisfactory! More

We were just days before our anniversary vacation when my starter went in the truck. The service guys and mechanics went above and beyond to make sure we had my vehicle back in time for our trip.
