The dealership itself was very clean and had a nice layout. The women at the front desk was very cheerful and remembered us from a few weeks prior and even remembered details from our last visit. Evan in finance was absolutely phenomenal, best service i have ever received. I also had a great individual help me set up the electronic settings in my truck. This is a great dealership to go to as long as you go to the right salesman. Avoid James Mangene. He was sneaky, rude and condescending. He multiple times spoke about us paying his bills with the kick back and not someone to trust. He treated us like we were stupid, put little effort into the sale and showed no respect. He messed with the price while we were there, putting it up $1000 to get the price he wanted after we negotiated. I had a screenshot of the original price and thats how was caught his little trick. On a positive note I also got to meet the owner and he was very personal as well. Highly recommend the dealership. More

Around the middle of October I was smelling gas inside the cabin of my 2019 Buick Encore and my daughter smelled it on the outside. On Oct. 18 the service department checked it out. They were very efficient and honest about why I was smelling gas inside and outside of the cabin. Apparently, the oil change performed by your service department on Sept. 22, 2022 caused the gas smell because the dip stick was not pushed down all the way. This should not have happened, especially since the oil change was extremely costly: $80.00 instead of $100 because I had a coupon. Thank you for the coupon. The reason for the timeline from the oil change to the service for the gas leak was because I do not drive very often. Sometimes not for 10 days or more. I've had service at Scranton Motors and it has always been exceptional. This oil change was not, but mistakes happen. It was corrected and that's what counts. More
