I do all my Buick service at Scranton, and have always been very satisfied with my experiences and the staff. My last visit, however was for an emergency visit where my car was towed in due to dead batter been very satisfied with my experiences and the staff. My last visit, however was for an emergency visit where my car was towed in due to dead battery. My only complaint had to do with the high amount of $478 to purchase and install a good quality battery. I also had them add some air to my tires. The cost was much higher than the original estimate. After driving into the service bay, Huckleberry and I were greeted immediately and professionally.
