I am the owner of a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali and have had continuous problems with the truck radio cutting out during listening. When listening to radio or CarPlay the audio will cut off intermittently. I continuous problems with the truck radio cutting out during listening. I've been to Scranton GMC 4 times for the problem and each time the service department updates the computer software as directed by GMC. Clearly this does not fix the problem! I have no issues with Scranton service department, they have been very helpful explaining the work performed and that they must follow GMC guidelines for all warranty work. However; my time is valuable and spending time traveling to the dealership, waiting for software updates to be performed as directed by GMC, only to have the problem NOT resolved - is extremely disappointing and unexceptable! I do all my Buick service at Scranton, and have always been very satisfied with my experiences and the staff. My last visit, however was for an emergency visit where my car was towed in due to dead batter been very satisfied with my experiences and the staff. My only complaint had to do with the high amount of $478 to purchase and install a good quality battery. I also had them add some air to my tires. The cost was much higher than the original estimate.
