Matt understood and kept in touch with me without over-communicating. We worked together on negotiating the ins and outs of the state and federal rebates for electric vehicles. I purchased a Chevy Bolt EUV and was able to get a substantial discount due to Matt's diligence in making sure all the criteria were met for the rebates. Matt was able to locate a vehicle for me that met my extensive list of requirements, and in the end, I drove home the perfect car. More

Every time we go there something doesn’t get done ! One time tech didn’t tighten lug nuts and had us drive away , owners son threw lug nuts at my husband , didn’t put cover back on windshield wiper fl One time tech didn’t tighten lug nuts and had us drive away , owners son threw lug nuts at my husband , didn’t put cover back on windshield wiper fluid and ended up all over the engine and outside of the truck! Very disappointed! I go to Scranton of Vernon they are do such a fabulous job and no issues. But Norwich is HORRIBLE! More

Not happy with purchase a few months ago with way below offer and vehicle just ok. Have a hard time getting car play to work. Don’t like annoying horn when stopping vehicle. I will use bc I bought it but cheated on service plan I was promised for 2 years so I would not buy another vehicle from Chevrolet.
