I bought a pre certified Chevy Silverado 2500 HD it had 13000 miles on it had it less than a month and only drove it around town, this past Labor Day weekend I was driving to up state New York was into a 7 13000 miles on it had it less than a month and only drove it around town, this past Labor Day weekend I was driving to up state New York was into a 7 hour dive when at 2 1/2 hours in my back driverside tire sidewall blew out and shredded the tire. We hit nothing and were in steady traffic but moving along at 65 mph when it blew. I called Chevy roadside service which came and changed out the tire to the spare, we checked the rest of the tires which felt like they also had bulges in the side walls. I immediately sent pictures to Scranton Chevy in Norwich CT where I bought it, the sales guy apologized and said he would send it to his sales manager who would call me. Granted this was a holiday weekend but when it happened it was about 2:30!Friday afternoon. - no call and because of the holiday we could not get another tire - drove home worrying if we were going to make it without another blowout. Got back last night, called the dealer this morning to see if they were going to cover the cost of a new tire and was told that tires are not carried under the warranty or the bumper to bumper that I purchased for the next seven years. I could understand if I had hit something or did something to sacrifice the integrity of the tire but I didn’t. I paid over 60,000 for this truck three weeks ago and upgraded to a 2500 HD so that I wouldn’t have to deal with this kind of xxxx. Those tires are E rated very heavy duty Firestone tires xxx! A dealer that doesn’t back up what it sells three weeks after the sale says a lot about the dealer, at least cover the cost of a new tire and check the others but no I was told it was not covered and they checked them before I bought it, thanks for nothing. Never buying another truck from them or letting them do any service on my truck. More

We happened to stop by Scranton just to browse for options but our now Tahoe caught our eye immediately. I have never met anyone who was able to explain a vehicle in such great detail (and we've purchased a lot of cars in the past). Arseni had a lot of knowledge and was so kind not just to us but especially with our kids. Our kids mean the world to us and their safety is our #1 priority so finding a reliable car was a must.
