Every time we go there something doesn’t get done ! Not happy with purchase a few months ago with way below offer and vehicle just ok. Have a hard time getting car play to work. Don’t like annoying horn when stopping vehicle. I will use bc I bought it but cheated on service plan I was promised for 2 years so I would not buy another vehicle from Chevrolet. Hate having to reconnect phone over and over bc my old Elantra didn’t require to reconnect each time I got in vehicle. That’s it for now! More

Always a great experience - there is something I need to bring up though. We had brought the vehicle in almost 3 months ago for a check engine light condition (benign), but the part was not available. Total bring up though. Because of the pickup and Drop off at Mohegan sun that’s what keeps me here. I don’t have to drop off on weekends and wait like old dealership. Also When I seen a text with video of what was wrong That Sealed the Deal. That was so Helpful I showed to others look at what they do. We Did Have one Problem My Car is Under warranty and could not authorize a payment online payment for part of bill. to releases car.
