Dealership didn't payout full amount due on vehicle to me on trade. Also left previous owners address and health card in the car my son bought in trade. At one point he even merged my son's contract with someone other than his fiancee and kept addressing her as Katie instead of Vanessa. Todate, my son does not have a copy of his finance paperwork. From someone with experience buying vehicles, shop around and make sure the sales representative, dealership and vehicle are a good fit. Don't be scared to walk away. I have.
