Kyleel was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with. He was not pushy with the sale of my vehicle and he really listened to what I wanted. He asked all the important questions and I really felt like he had my best interests in mind. However, my experience significantly decreased when I got to finance. Derek, finance manager, sold me an extended warranty even though the factory warranty was still active on the vehicle I purchased. He only gave me two options for the financing of my vehicle, an expensive extended warranty or a less expensive extended warranty. As a young woman who has not purchased a car without her father before, I feel taken advantage of. I was not given a third option of no extended warranty after expressing, twice, that the payment was higher than what was shown to me in the sales department. I understand that what was shown to me in the sales department is not guaranteed, but I feel this directly goes against what your website claims: "At Scottsdale Mitsubishi in Scottsdale, AZ, we are very proud to be a No-Haggle price store. What this means is that at our car dealership, there is no haggling, no negotiating or needing to play hard ball to get a fair price. We ALWAYS offer the lowest price we can to save you money, as well as time because you won't be wasting it negotiating to get a better price." I am disappointed with my experience here and do not feel that my best interest was even considered here. More
