DJ was PHENOMENAL as a person. not just a salesperson. He was not pushy whatsoever. Is super friendly and relatable. We didn't have a good experience with the Financial Officer Juan Rodriguez who claimed the LoJack and tint fees were required and he added them into our loan. I complained after the fact and Joshua Spencer, the GM gave us a refund for the LoJack. My son decided to keep the tinting option. Our beginning experience was bad but it was good to see the managerial staff was responsive. One star was lost with Juan. The rest was a good experience. The one thing about the delivery problem is that it only had a quarter tank of gas. The 4 star rating was because Joshua stepped in and corrected the problem. Thanks Joshua. More

Juan handled the financing for my son's car and I cosigned. We didn't want the LoJack and Mitsubishi's website says "Dealer accessories may be removed and are not required for purchase." He told us t cosigned. We didn't want the LoJack and Mitsubishi's website says "Dealer accessories may be removed and are not required for purchase." He told us to call back in a month, and now he won't return calls. Feels like a rip-off to me. If you read this Juan, my son Todd has left 3 messages. Call him back please. More
