We didn't have a good experience with the Financial Officer Juan Rodriguez who claimed the LoJack and tint fees were required and he added them into our loan. I complained after the fact and Joshua Spencer, the GM gave us a refund for the LoJack. My son decided to keep the tinting option. Our beginning experience was bad but it was good to see the managerial staff was responsive. One star was lost with Juan. The rest was a good experience. The one thing about the delivery problem is that it only had a quarter tank of gas. The 4 star rating was because Joshua stepped in and corrected the problem. Thanks Joshua. More
Juan handled the financing for my son's car and I cosigned. We didn't want the LoJack and Mitsubishi's website says "Dealer accessories may be removed and are not required for purchase." Bought a F-150 here. About 5 days later I get a call that I had only put $5k down instead of $6k. I had intended to put $5k down, but the signed paperwork said $6k. I must have missed it during the sales process and a dispute about the interest rate. I was told via phone to get us the $1,000 or bring the truck in by 5pm that day or they would report it stolen. After several hours of emails they backed down from the 5pm deadline and I ended up paying the extra $1,000. They never expressed any mutual fault and had a salesman falsely claim I had planned to come in the next day to pay the extra $1,000 due to a card limit. I was in the next day to drop off the title to my trade in, but no mention was made of the down payment discrepancy. Just a crazy way to do business. More
