I own 2 Miatas. I drive each like the thoroughbreds they are. That means a lot of time in for service. Both have been lowered, performance springs and struts, aftermarket steering wheel, and other things. P are. That means a lot of time in for service. Both have been lowered, performance springs and struts, aftermarket steering wheel, and other things. Plus your basic oil changes, inspections, etc. I never felt that I was getting overcharged, and the quality of the work is impeccable. More

They said they had to give me one that was $200 less to make the deal. It was the exact same model but one was more expensive because they got it from another dealer. I went to buy the cheaper one and they didn't inform me it had 350 miles on it and someone else's iPhone linked up to it, so someone had been driving it around. They claimed they got it from another dealer...but that's the excuse they gave me of why they couldn't sell me the more expensive one. Jeremy then proceeded to get into a fight with us. We ended up walking out and will never go back. This was all after I told them I was coming to them because I had a terrible customer service experience at another Mazda dealer. I didn't think the terrible customer service could be beat, but Scott really set the bar at a new low. Disgusting customer service and all around SHADY dealings. More
I purchased my Mazda at this dealership about 4 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. The service is excellent and what I really appreciate is that they are very honest and do not recommend mo and have had it serviced there ever since. The service is excellent and what I really appreciate is that they are very honest and do not recommend more service than I need. In fact they told me that since I do not drive much I only have to bring it in twice a year, once for oil change and 6 months later for a second oil change and state inspection. It generally does not need anything else and has given me no trouble. More
STAY FROM SCOTT MAZDA. Brought my car in for diagnostics for a potential electrical issue causing a limp mode in 1st gear. The car drove fine otherwise before they took my car for a joy ride by going Wide O for a potential electrical issue causing a limp mode in 1st gear. The car drove fine otherwise before they took my car for a joy ride by going Wide Open Throttle in limp mode for 8 miles, and then completely denied any wrong doing. Unfortunately they were deceptive, had a complete lack of integrity and no respect for personal property by destroying it. More
Don't buy at Scott Mazda I purchased a vehicle here prior to moving to New Jersey. The salesperson said it was no problem for the dealer to register the car in New Jersey when I purchased a vehicle here prior to moving to New Jersey. The salesperson said it was no problem for the dealer to register the car in New Jersey when I purchased it. AFTER the sale the salesperson said I would have to do it myself and that it would only cost about $40. It cost $400. I reached out to the dealership. They said the salesperson no longer worked for the company and "it is what it is". I would recommend finding a different Mazda dealer. More
