I had left a coupon at home and when I got home I emailed Christian about it and he honored it with no hassle what so ever! Scott Honda will definitely be my first choice going forward. More
Purchase Your Batteries Elsewhere Purchased a 100 month battery and after 22 months it went bad. The replacement battery lasted 10 months. Had it replaced again at 13 months. Each time Purchased a 100 month battery and after 22 months it went bad. The replacement battery lasted 10 months. Had it replaced again at 13 months. Each time had to have the car battery jumped and had to cancel appointments that had been made for that day. On the last battery I was charged $92 for proration under warranty with no regards to the inconvenience that these three bad batteries have caused me. More
Service Department and loaner/rental Service couldn't give me a loaner although allowed me to book a rental. They also agreed to pay for the rental if the work was major. When I arrived they had to drive me 20 minutes to Hertz as Enterprise apparently had no cars that morning. My car cost almost $1000 so service indicated they would take care of the rental charge. They assured me everything was taken care of. Two weeks later a charge on my credit card from Hertz arrived (glad I was checking). Repeated calls to Scott Honda and Hertz still have not resulted in the charges being reversed. I am going to get rid of my Honda for a different make/model and hopefully a better service department/experience as well. More

Everyone from their Sales staff (I deal exclusively with Greg Cole for purchases/leases) to their amazing Service Dept. are spectacular. My last 3 purchases/leases have been with Scott and I couldn’t be happier. I switched from Lexus to Scott/Honda because they treated my oldest Grandson to a free-very costly replacement of the ac/heater on his first Scott/Honda which he purchased used and was just out of warranty. Mark Dennis and the gentleman who work with him are super wonderful, polite and knowledgeable.Never have i had to question the staff re: any work done on my car. Steve Robinson helped with my navigation system today. I had a few questions about deleting info. He knows his stuff. Keep him around. Rosalie gave me an appraisal onto the CRV also today. Greg Coles what I want😀 I honestly can say I could stay there all day without complaints. BNest part is I get to bring my German Shepherds along for socialization. The staff at Scott Honda are anim al lovers for sure. I know I haven’t mentioned all who have been helpful to me over the years and I’m sorry for that. Thanks for making this Teske so easy. Great service to go with great cars Fortunately, because I own a HONDA, I don't have to use the service department very much since they are awesome cars that last forever! However, my 5yo Honda Pilot (her name is "Elsa") had a check engine light issue and I brought it to Scott for the first time for "repair" since I purchased it. My service advisor, Dan Mancari, was very good and kept me apprised throughout the day about my vehicle's diagnosis and remedy and had Elsa ready for pick up with repairs done much sooner than I had expected AND we were able to add on an unscheduled oil change! In addition, when I pulled into the drop-off bay, I was greeted by a smiling employee, Donald. When I asked Donald how he was today, he joyfully sang back to me in a beautiful voice "I'm aweeeeeeeesome!" and that made ME feel awesome!! Made my whole day! Love my Elsa and love Scott Honda Service Department!!! More
