My family have purchased a Honda CRV in early 2014 at the Honda dealership and ever since it has been a pleasure. Our service advisor Gregg Westman has been phenomenal. awesome I brought my car here because i needed a new car key. My service advisor Gregg was so great and answered all of my questions about the costs, how long I brought my car here because i needed a new car key. My service advisor Gregg was so great and answered all of my questions about the costs, how long it would take, etc. They even washed my car! At the end of my visit, he let me know that if i need anything I can call Scott Honda anytime and they will send someone over to help me, even if it’s just from locking my keys in the car. Awesome people there, great and fast service. Refreshing that as a college student, no one was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Best service ever Scott Honda goes above and beyond. I came in with a flat tire. When the service representative saw that the tire wasn’t in stock and the wait would be Scott Honda goes above and beyond. I came in with a flat tire. When the service representative saw that the tire wasn’t in stock and the wait would be 3 hours, and noticed I had my baby with me, he went and picked up the tire himself. The whole process took less than an hour. It was amazing! They have a great waiting room, everyone is nice, and the facilities are clean. I have a Honda dealer 10 minutes away, but always drive the extra distance for Scott Honda because they are the best service. More
