John took amazing care of us when our 2007 Odyssey unexpectedly broke down near West Chester on our way to visit a college in Lancaster county. Additionally, John had a very kind and understanding nature which was greatly appreciated considering we were over an hour from home and had a non-operational vehicle. In order to help us make it to the college visit, John offered us a luxurious 2021 Odyssey that not only got us there on time, but also ended up taking us safely back home to NJ!
