I discovered a nail in my tire the day before a longer trip. I thought it was covered by our Zurich plan, but wasn't sure. Also added an oil change into the mix at arrival. I took my car in for an inspection. Everything went well. They asked if I wanted some cabin air filters replaced now or later and told me the price. They didn’t push me to have it done.
