We certainly understand your perspective that you had a tighter schedule. We do hope you appreciate we had your time in mind too, yet your safety is our number #1 priority. All seatbelt parts must be inspected before the repair is completed according to OEM recommendation— protocol with a critical component of your vehicle’s safety system. Your repair cost would certainly be offered, and transparent, following inspection of all seatbelt parts. If it was an easy, safe fix that met OEM standards, we'd have it done same day for sure! We don't compromise safety, even if our guest is discontent with the time and manner it takes to repair a malfunctioning seatbelt.
