Having owned a Prius for 15+ years, I was adamant on purchasing a Hybrid and initially shopped at Toyota. Inventory of new cars was scarce and I did not appreciate the treatment I received from Toyota salespersons. Jeff was my first and last stop for a Honda. After our initial discussion, I had no need to go anywhere else. He convinced me to get the Accord Hybrid and delivery was on time. Several months later, I still love the Accord.
