I came in questioning what I thought was an AC issue turns out not to be and it just is more dependent on the outside temp. I was thoroughly explained this by Matt Moravic (extremely nice employee!) Ty the service rep was great! Excellent customer service. Terry, the loaner car manager, has no customer skills and was rude. He seems to have a problem keeping the door closed Excellent customer service. Terry, the loaner car manager, has no customer skills and was rude. He seems to have a problem keeping the door closed when it’s 20 degrees out and tells me and another customer to go elsewhere if we don’t like it.
