After buying more than half a dozen new and used cars in my life so far. I have to say that the experience I had with a Honda Certified 2007 Accord I bought last week at Scott Honda of West Chester was the my life so far. I have to say that the experience I had with a Honda Certified 2007 Accord I bought last week at Scott Honda of West Chester was the best one. So good that I will not hesitate to recommend Scott Honda to anyone. The very positive impressions I had at Scott Honda were: 1. The price: I did not believe their "Internet price" being a fair price initially, but now a true believer after some serious research. I think their sticking to this no-bargaining price is a very good policy - it did attract customers like me to the dealership and saves me a lot of headache at the end. 2. The people: Everyone I talked to at Scott Honda was very nice and polite. I visited three times and the sales person Gregg DiRocco was very helpful every single time and did everything I asked him. 3. The product: I was very happy seeing that the 2007 Accord delivered to me was in better shape than I expected. It went through the same preparation process I thought was only meant for new cars, without being requested by the buyer. I like the Accord I just bought. It looks, feels, and drives likes a new car. The experience I had at Scott Honda was incredible. At Scott Honda, the customer service was taken to the next level. I entered the dealership and was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. When I discussed what I was looking for, I really felt that the dealer was listening and trying to figure out how I could get the most of the money that I was going to spend. Additionally, I felt through the whole process that the dealer was truly looking out for my best interest rather then the commission I received. It was a fabulous experience. More

Scott Honda is a professional, family friendly dealership. I purchased a new 2003 Honda Accord there and have it serviced there regularly. Also, if there is something wrong with your vehicle, they thoroughly explain what needs to be done and what the cost is. I would and do recommend this dealer to all of my friends. I also love the renovations Scott Honda did to their building - it is so clean you could eat off of the floor, even in the service unit. Scott Honda is clearly in a class by itself - I give it a 10 out of 10! More

I have a 2009 Accord. Its have creaking/retelling sound in the moon roof. The car has been three times and has not been fixed. On one trip they had the car for a full week.
