I was in search of a pre-owned vehicle for a few weeks due to my old SUV needing some costly repairs. I came across a pre-owned Ford Explorer at Scott Honda that met my needs and budget. Noel was recommended to us, so I called him, told him what we were looking for. He called back with options and prices. He helped us make a decision and held the car until we could get there. He completed all the paperwork, and financing on the spot, helped us unload our old car, load our new Honda and off we went. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED! I will never be more grateful for my salesman, Greg Cole, for answering my call. After several weeks of waiting and plenty of patience on his part we finally found the right vehicle for me at a price I could afford. He didn't want to sell me "just anything". I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to talk me into something I did not want and also was honest about some of the cars I looked at that he instinctively KNEW I wouldn't like. He showed me all the features and was very knowledgeable on everything about Honda. But, yet, didn't push me into making a quick decision and gave me space. Everyone at the dealership greeted me with a smile and the atmosphere was comfortable. The sale process went smoothly. The finance person was very friendly. They delivered the car fully cleaned inside and out. I also received a free first oil-change service AND a complimentary ding-removal! When I had a minor issue (heat shield came loose)that I didn't know what it was, the Service Writer, Mark Skupian, went out on a test run with me, diagnosed it right away and fixed it for FREE also. There is no way I can rate anything bad about this dealership. AND I will probably never buy another car from anyone but Greg, he impressed me that much! Everybody is different and you just need to meet all the different salespeople to know who fits your personality. I think that's the key to a good or bad experience. More

We felt like he treated us as if he were buying a car for his daughter. When we picked up the car, all of the paperwork was in line and organized and he seemed as excited as we were to hand her the keys.
