They are always willing to go the extra mile for us. My husband is very busy and they worked around his schedule to get us in and out quickly and efficiently with no hassle. The Saleswoman, Jayne, and the Sales Manager, Marius, went above and beyond the call of duty...as always. She kept in touch with us constantly, but never with any pressure, making sure that she was available to help in any way. We did so much research on our purchase and NO ONE could beat Scott Honda's offer. My five year-old loved the experience as well. They were so kind to him! He thought he was King...and he was! The children's play area was a safe and very clean enviroment for him to hang out in while we took care of the business at hand. The service area is outstanding! Clean and very efficient! If you do have to wait, it is a pleasant experience. They have an express service feature which I look forward to using. Thank you to all who helped us get the car we wanted at a very affordable price. We will be back again! More

I recently got my 2010 Honda civic from this dealership and to be honest, it was quite a different experience from other dealerships I've been to before, in a good way. My sales person never asked how muc and to be honest, it was quite a different experience from other dealerships I've been to before, in a good way. My sales person never asked how much I was looking to pay or price range of a car, but he seemed genuinely interested providing me with information and helping me to decide what type of car I was looking for. He helped me making my decision on a civic lx and never was I pressured into an uncomfortable situation. He was extremely patient teaching me how to program the radio, set the clock, and we even drove around the block to make sure my new car drove like it was suppose to drive. I never had a sales person go out of his way to reassure my choice and will always refer those who are in need to Paul Lee from Scott Honda. Only issue I had with this dealership is that the business office made me wait almost two hours to finalize the deal and they tried to sell me so many things that in a way, cheapen the overall experience.
