We went to the dealership to look at new cars, in particular the Honda CR-V SUV. We were met in a friendly way by a new salesperson, Matthew Anderson. Our first visit was just to look at the CR-V a particular the Honda CR-V SUV. We were met in a friendly way by a new salesperson, Matthew Anderson. Our first visit was just to look at the CR-V and possibly the Pilot. About three weeks later, we made an appoint to test drive the CR-V. Sufficient time was given for each of us to drive the vehicle. Our questions were answered and when Matthew did not know the answer, he told us and got back to us when he did have the answer. We decided to go ahead with the purchase during our second visit to the dealership. Price negotiations can always be difficult, however, there was good interaction and an acceptable price was determined. Information regarding financing and trade in value was made available in an understandable way. Overall the process was pleasant and we were satisfied. There has been follow up with Matthew since we took position of the vehicle. Some equipment was included with the purchase that had to be ordered and will be installed at a later date. We dealt with this agency in 1998 when we helped our daughter purchase a Civic. Both experiences were positive. (Oh and by the way, the Civic is still in operation serving our daughter's needs, and now her family's needs.) I have not commented on "quality of work" since this was a new vehicle purchase and no service work has been done to date. Customer service rating is only based upon the sales process, not service on the vehicle provided by the dealership after purchase. More
I have used this dealership for the past four years and have recommended the Salesman, Bernie Hughes and the Service Reps to numerous family members and friends. My wife and I have bought two cars from Sc have recommended the Salesman, Bernie Hughes and the Service Reps to numerous family members and friends. My wife and I have bought two cars from Scott, my daughter and her husband have bought three and my son and his wife one. Four of my friends have also bought cars there. Each person we have sent there bought their cars on the first visit. Each time we have gotten the best price available and the car was delivered shortly after making our decision. The Service Department (Ed, Mark, Brian & Bill) has been excellant with very reasonable pricing. By far and away Scott Honda is the best dealership I have ever dealt with! More
Lino Santiago demonstrates the best kind of customer relationship care. We had worked with Lino several years ago to buy a used car for my son at college, and more recently had mentioned that we were lo relationship care. We had worked with Lino several years ago to buy a used car for my son at college, and more recently had mentioned that we were looking again for a good deal in another used car after the first "expired". He called us immediately when a likely car came onto the Scott lot, and it was a great pick. Unfortunately, our son wasn't able to buy that one. We decided to give our son one of our own cars (a 9-year-old Accord), and chose to work with Lino to buy ourselves a brand new 2013 Honda Accord. Throughout the process, Lino provided clear and comprehensive information, did not pressure us in any way, and helped us understand the new technology. He ushered the paperwork smoothly and we had what we wanted within 24 hours of walking into the showroom with the intention of getting a new car. We've recommended Lino and Scott Honda to a number of friends and neighbors. More
My wife & I visited Scott Honda to purchase a new minivan, and John helped guide us through the process. He casually showed us the amenities of the Odyssey without being the least bit pushy. When w minivan, and John helped guide us through the process. He casually showed us the amenities of the Odyssey without being the least bit pushy. When we informed him we still needed to see the Sienna for comparison purposes, John noted a few differences between the two cars (in a very polished manner). He was exactly right...which is why we came back to purchase the Odyssey. John was friendly, informative and very professional. Overall, we had a great experience not only with John, but with the whole Scott Honda staff. More
My Mom took her car to Scott Honda for warranty work on the A/C. First of all, the car was returned and the A/C was NOT repaired. Lastly, an item was stolen from the car. My daughter had left her little the A/C. First of all, the car was returned and the A/C was NOT repaired. Lastly, an item was stolen from the car. My daughter had left her little purse in the back seat and when the car was pick-ed up the purse was gone. The Service Manager was notified and nothing was done. AWEFUL!!!!!!! More

This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We felt we got a fair deal for our trade-in and on the price of the car. Keith was very helpful and friendly. Very, very bad experience. From my last four visits, I Very, very bad experience. From my last four visits, I returned the car back to the dealership thee times because of bad workmanship. The first Very, very bad experience. From my last four visits, I returned the car back to the dealership thee times because of bad workmanship. The first time, after oil change they left some oil dripping on the exhaust pipe. They created fire hazard. The second time, the worked on ball joints (front wheels) and install them wrong. The service guy admitted their mistake only after I showed him a page from Honda's repair manual. About last visit. They lost my appointment and the car had to spend the whole weekend at the dealership before they were able to look at it. Secondly, they told me that everything is “fine” even I expressed concerns about steering and rear axle, and they put a state inspection sticker. Few days later I noticed that bottom of the car is covered with grease coming from the rear axle. I brought the car back to the dealership. They couldn’t explain why they did not repair the rear axle and released the car with a potential mechanical failure on the road. Only explanation I got “we always try to minimize financial impact of the repair to you”. Dah!!!! Also they agreed to fix the steering. The technical advised offered to change the whole assembly. I had to tell him which parts to replace and the Honda's part numbers (he did not know). After my argument with the adviser, the cost of repair (labor and parts) of the steering went from $460 (his way) to $170 (my way). Of course, the dealer did not have parts in stock and the car spent an extra day at the dealership waiting for the parts. Finally, they fix the car. At the end, another technical adviser admitted that they “screw up” the repair but denied to give me a discount for the hassle. The result. Totally, the car spent 6 days at dealership (lost appointment and no parts). They charge me $1291. I got: oil change, state inspection, and few replaced parts ($250 total). One of the parts they replaced was a ball joint ($197), on which they worked before. Fair? Absolutely not! More
Couldn't ask for more. Easy to make an appointment with. Service was fast, good quality work, and good price. Much better then the Acura dealership where I purchased my car. Service was fast, good quality work, and good price. Much better then the Acura dealership where I purchased my car. More
