We leased a new Pilot. We have never looked back! The sales service was exemplary. Rob Zerbe just took care of everything. Insurance, Title, Transfers and coordination with accounting. It truly has to be the most stress free car buying experience you can have. But the proof of the pudding etc. is in the vehicle quality and the after care service. Scheduling service is so easy on-line. You get links to your Outlook account! You tell them exactly what you want and then you pick your time slot in the system and it's you in control not some overworked and stressed admin. You just turn up on the day, after having received automatic reminders on your cell phone beforehand, and someone greets you at the gate, directs you to drive into the service bay, and that's it. Get your coffee, get your laptop out and work on the free wireless network and all in a comfortable warm chair in a really friendly waiting area. The kids have TV and a play area. Honestly, all the boxes ticked. Just a superb experience from start to finish. We have just re-leased with a new 2014 Pilot. After spending hours researching and test driving large family SUV's 2 years ago (we are a family of 6), nothing came close to the quality and level of fit-out and finish we got for our money with the Pilot. We are as thrilled with this new one as we were with the first. Fantastic job to all the team at Scott Honda. There are a large number of service industry companies that could learn a great deal from the way this company services and delivers to its customers! More

Back after 16 days for a second car. We'll in my last review I said I'd be back when my other car kicked the bucket. And 16 days later, I was back. I didn't even think of going anywhere else besides Scott Honda in West Chester. I met Nick Toto from Sales and he took care of me from start to finish. I test drove a 2014 CRV EX and a 2014 Accord and Nick was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything about them to me. But in the end I ended up getting another 2014 Civic EX. I just love this car and it has everything I need for a great price. Nick never tried to push me towards a more expensive car, or sell me anything I didn't want. This is how car sales is done people. While Nick took care of getting the car ready for me, I once again got to work with Phil Dunbar in Finance. Phil took the time to explain the lease details and made sure all my questions were answered. A true professional who makes signing paperwork feel like you're hanging out with an old friend. I ended up getting out of there shortly after closing, but never felt rushed. In the end, I love my new Civic and I love Scott Honda. And I'll be back, but not until my lease is up in three years. My 2011 Honda Accord is a beauty--the Silver Pearl! I love my Silver Pearl, which was dubbed by my sister-in-law, Laurie; I think the price could have been a little better. Sure, I could have changed my mind, and gone elsewhere, but Dan was recommended to me by my mechanic. Needless to say, I'm happy with my 2011 Honda Accord. She's a beauty! However, it would behoove me to get the car checked no matter who recommends whom, and I intend to do just that and mentioned that to Dan, and he agreed with me and told me to bring it in anytime. I liked that! Upon my and my wonderful son-in-law, Ken's arrival, at Scott Honda, Dan Upchock, came out and greeted us. He was cordial and professional at every turn. I was on a mission and was determined to go home with a newer car, so I came prepared. However, as we were entering the lot, the car I was initially interested in had already been sold by Dan to another customer. It sold that quickly! Can you imagine that? I also had my eye on the "Silver Pearl" that I chose after all, with lower mileage, but it obviously cost more than the first one. This classy, beautiful car did not have all the bells and whistles, but enough incentives to keep me happy. Compared to what I had in the past, I cannot complain! Anyway, the whole procedure was quick and a three-fold success, thanks to Dan, Ken, and a little 'pat' on the back to Pat, too! I pretty much made it easy for Dan since I did my homework. Out of all the cars I had checked online, the one I chose at Scott Honda in West Chester, was the best. Being that this was my first experience in dealing with a dealership, it turned out to be a learning experience for me. I stayed clear of dealerships for years because of the stories I had heard about the salesmen with dollar signs ($$) etched in the whites of their eyes! I didn't look deep enough into Dan's eyes as I was too busy checking my stats and print-outs. Needless to say Dan and others' got what they wanted, and I surely got a great car and great service, and am very happy with my purchase. As for providing excellent service to its customers, that should be a given at all times; don't you think? Thank you. Pat More

Great dealership, friendly staff. This was my second time getting a vehicle at Scott in West Chester. My lease was up on my 2011 Civic and I was coming in to buy it out. I thought there was too much wear and tear on it to be able to turn it in without having to pay for repairs. But to my surprise they wanted to buy it back and we're able to put me in a brand new 2014 Civivc EX! What a difference 3 years makes, this new Civic has all the bells and whistles to make it feel and look like a totally different car. The rear view back up camera and side mirror lane change camera are great additions to this car. Along with the 7 inch touchscreen and Bluetooth connectivity, this car satisfies the techie in me. And I just love the smart key and push button start too. No need to ever take the key out of your pocket! Dan Lipchock in Sales took the time to walk the lot and show me the colors available, all the features and even helped me clean out the old car and load my stuff into the new one. Seeing as how I had my two year old daughter with me, there was a lot of stuff to move between cars so it was much appreciated. Dan was very professional and made sure I understood how everything worked. When it was time to sign the papers and handle the finances, Phil Dunbar was a great help and the made the process very smooth. Another very professional member of the team that took time to explain everything about the lease and made sure I was satisfied. And to top it all off they have a great kids area where my two year played and kept busy. She actually didn't want to leave hours later when everything was done. I had to bribe her with a Happy Meal to get her out of there lol. I even got to surprise my wife when she got home because she thought we were just going to buy the 2011 out after the lease. She was ecstatic when she saw our new Silver Honda Civic EX. Overall I am very satisfied with Scott Honda in West Chester and absolutely love our new car. I will definitely be back when our other car (2003 Saturn Ion) finally kicks the bucket. Thanks. More
