There is no way I would ever buy parts from them without going through the honda estore. They wouldn't match Hondas price. I was told I could go on the estore and buy it and pick it up at Scotts but I would have to wait till Monday for the order to process. More

Although my first car was a Honda and I loved it, I had never had a car loan before, so I was a bit nervous about the process. Nick took the time to explain everything to me (a couple of times) and answer my questions or get them answered by Finance (I believe it was Phil). They put me at ease with the details and really worked with me to get me to monthly payments that were comfortable for me. A great experience! More

I was very satisfied with my trade-in allowance and the purchase price of my 2011 Chevrolet Camaro SS. Everyone involved in the process was very professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Scott Honda and my sales guy Joe to anyone wishing to buy new or used. More

He answered all my questions thoroughly throughout the entire process. He also took great care to make sure my vehicle was delivered in the absolute best condition possible. He was very patient with my two year old, even after she spilled blue water ice on his carpet. ;) Steve Seiler took it upon himself to call AHF after I had rejected their initial financing offer (due to finding a better rate with another bank), and he negotiated an amazing rate for me. He also was very patient with my two year old. Keith Hamilton took me on my test drive and allowed me to experience the full range of the Ridgeline's features. Three great guys. Heck of a dealership. This was my second time buying a new vehicle from Scott Honda, and I couldn't be more pleased. More

I began looking online for alternatives and discovered the Scott Honda website. Their online pricing is extremely competitive, I replied with a quote request and received a response within minutes. Scott had the specific model and color I was looking for. I was even permitted to take one out for a test drive unattended so I pushed it to the limit and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of power it delivered. The customer experience was not stressful at all and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. They also provide free soft pretzels, the real Philly ones not those imitations.;-) Soft drinks andice cream are also available. Unquestionably five star treatment overall. More

After my internet review, my initial contact was with Rob Gill who answered my questions and let me know the car I was interested in was sold (CRV). A couple of days later I came to the lot to look at the inventory since the website was out of date and I needed a car quickly. Lino assisted me and answered my questions. I brought my son back later in the day, Lino was busy so Michele assisted me. Our initial experience with Michele was very positive and responsive and we,left a deposit on the 2002 Acura MDX. I indicated I was interested however there was a concern about the front suspension and a noticiable crunch in the front end and a whine in the Ac fan. This is where the Odessy began. Michele said she would have service check it out and if it could be fixed she would have it done ( Saturday 31 May). She indicated she would call me by 11 am with a preliminary review. At 1 pm I called twice and left message and at 2 pm I drove to dealership. Michele was there and seemed surprised to see me and she informed me I would have to wait until Monday for a higher level technician to look at the car. On Monday at 2:10, I contacted Michele again an she said she would talk with service. It turned out to be a recall on struts and that the work would be done by Tuesday night or Wednesday, depending on parts. I said ok and reminded Michele that this was an urgent need on our part. She offered a loaner however since we did not have a final deal I was uncomfortable with this idea. On Tuesday at 11 I asked Michele for an update, she was not at work and contacted me at 12:15 to tell me the parts were not in. At this point I was ready to look elsewhere since I had the feeling this was not on the same priority level with Michele as it was for me. I even commented to her that business must be good. On Friday, I returned from a business trip and again had to contact Michele for an update. The service manager called me a said the parts had just arrived and for my troubles he would offer me the 2 year maintenance contract at no charge on the vehicle. I made arrangements with Michele to meet her Saturday at 10. Test drove the car and the suspension was fixed however the AC fan still had a noise. Michele said that service checked it but could find nothing wrong. We waited to sign the papers because my son was really interested in the car and the concern around the suspension was solved. When I met with the finance person ( sorry forgot his name) there was a $299 charge for security etching, I mentioned to the gentleman that Michele said this charge could be removed if I did not car for it. He indicated this was already performed and it could not be removed. Next I asked about the maintenance package and he indicated the car was too old and had too many miles and we (Scott) would never consider covering this car. I paid cash for this car and due to our circumstances went ahead with the deal. I have or have had 3 Hondas and have delt with Scott exclusively. The reason for this review is my experience at Scott Select. Once I left a deposit, the communication was non existent unless initiated by me and the assurances and level of commitment to the customer was not what I had experienced with the sales and service at the new car showroom. I would find it hard to recommend Scott Select More

Mongi and Sharon contacted me two years later with an offer to trade for a 2014 at then same monthly rate, I was pleasantly surprised they were able to provide the same features.including Nav and the extended warranty at the same price. Strange transaction because I bought the same color CRV and I really had no intention of trading the 2012. My wife is the primary driver and she's happy to have a lower mileage vehicle. Great surprise from Scott Honda! More

She listened to me carefully and try to understand my concern during the negotiation process. I truly felt that she is working for me not for the dealership. She doesn't hesitate to convey my message back to the sales manager, as soon as she understands the message and will help to make the deal happen. If you like Honda as a car option and did your due-diligence research, then you should definitely try Scott Honda, and you will not be disappointed. More
