Pleasant experience...! I stopped in at Scott Honda in the 11th hour of working a deal with another dealership. The other dealership would not budge on the Pilot I was interested in, and I thought I owed to myself to check another dealership before making a possible bad decision. As soon as I walked through the door at Scott, I was met by Hiep Luong, who was courteous, friendly, and genuinely interested in what I was looking for. At first, the Pilot I was after had just been committed to a dealer trade, but Scott made the car available to me. I really started out just inquiring, noting that I had an appointment with the other dealership. Before I knew it, I was driving out with a brand new car. Hiep was fantastic! Never pressured me, and worked really hard explaining all the features and showing me around the dealership. Their service area is the nicest I have ever seen!! You drive your car into a huge reception area with tiled flooring - truly impressive. One of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a new car. Thank you Hiep! It did not seem to matter that my choice was not a "high end" vehicle or a new car with fancy bells and whistles; Stacy treated me and my vehicle with respect. She made sure all my questions were answered, and helped me to make arrangements for my rental vehicle, and getting it ready for the vendor to pick up at Scott Honda. While Phil Dunbar helped me to wade through the purchase paperwork, also treating me with professionalism, friendliness and courtesy, Stacy made sure my car was in tip-top shape, ready to go, then taking me through the different controls and making sure that I was happy with my purchase. However, none of this was her fault (just bureaucracy) and Stacy was very professional about the whole thing. Did not try to spin a higher price and gave me all the details. Tom was also very helpful when signing the myriad of financial documents. Young people might be apprehensive about all the legalities but he made it clear and helpful. More

We have selected all three cars with the help of Rick Osberg. Rick has many excellent qualities as a salesman, but we appreciate most his good listening skills. He listens very carefully to what you want and any concerns you may have. Rick is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He makes sure you have all the information you need to make a good decision. We always ask for Rick when we are in the market for another car. We worked with Phil Dunbar to close the financial end of the deal. The process was as smooth as silk. Phil walked us through the paperwork, answered our questions and provided an enjoyable experience. Lastly the service department has provided quality and efficient work through the years.
