Hiep Hiep Hooray! After walking the lot for 15 minutes we were approached by salesman Hiep Luong. After a brief very informal conversation we let Hiep take us for a ride in a Honda Civic Sedan and we loved it! It drove extremely well, looked great, and had a lot of extras. Actually we were surprised how nice it was and the price was in my range. He explained everything about the car and knew the answers to all of our questions. We were very impressed at how well he knew his job and his no push approach. We were very comfortable and relaxed as we worked the deal! After getting our numbers the paperwork was sent to Rob Hannigan in finance. There was a issue or two on my credit and Rob made it happen. He was great at explaining the process and is a true professional. He cares about his customers and we appreciate his hard work getting me my Civic.
