Patrick was outside within minutes of us arriving and helped me look at what type of car I was interested in that were in my price range. While I could not purchase the car that day, he was able to take a deposit and hold it for me. While the process was supposed to take a week, due to some unfortunate circumstances on my end, it took much longer. During this time, the communication from Patrick was always helpful and encouraging. Marius, someone who my aunt has worked closely with at Scott Honda for years, also was a huge help in getting the financial portion settled. On the day I went to finish the sale, Patrick and Rob were both so kind and upbeat, even when we hit another little snag at the dealership. We left early in the morning and found a neat, clean, and professional looking dealership. Dan let us take the car on a thorough test drive and answered all questions in a courteous manner.
