Thank you for taking the time to speak to us about your concerns. Steve is more than happy to get together with you to discuss your questions about the vehicle. He has attempted to reach you on a few different occasions. Maybe you could find time in your schedule to stop by in the near future. Thank you for sharing with us your experience with Sun East Credit Union. We did not know they could not do autopay without having an account with them. We can discuss this concern directly with the CU to let them know that this is an issue. Lastly, you mentioned, the initial trade-in value was too low based on the market. I can't say at this point whether is was a mistake or an oversight, however, we did reach a number that seems very fair.
