Dealership has gone downhill I bought my third Honda from Scott and rather than being treated like a good repeat customer, I was treated terribly. First, the sales manager tried t I bought my third Honda from Scott and rather than being treated like a good repeat customer, I was treated terribly. First, the sales manager tried to cheat me on my trade- in. Then, my salesman didn't have time to explain any of the operations because he double booked during my appointment. But the worst was the finance guy. He talked me into using a credit union rather than Honda Financing. This turned out to be a nightmare. The credit union does not allow automatic deduction so I have to write a check EVERY month. Making things worse still, I sent a check in early one time (with the coupon ) but instead of being charged to the monthly bill, they charged it to my principal which resulted in my monthly payment considered late and thereby charged extra interest. I called the credit union three times and was told someone would call me back, but they never did. Bottom line, do NOT trust anyone at Scott Honda! More
