This dealership went above and beyond to get me into the car I needed and wanted. Customer service was exceptional from my first call after my vehicle was totaled in an accident. He is the youngest and newest member at Scott but his do diligence made my day. He answered every question, call and text immediately. Andrew answered most of my questions before I had the opportunity to ask. This very speedy process climaxed the day I went to go pick up my new baby. The vehicle I was going to drive to the dealership wouldn’t start. But Andrew came to the rescue. Although he was providing quality customer service to another satisfied customer he sent an Uber for my family and I who were stranded in a parking lot a half an hour away.
