I had heard horror stories about the stressful negotiations and aggressive sales people, but with Hiep Luong and Scott Honda there was none of that. I spoke with Hiep over the phone in the morning, told him what car I was looking for and he had it waiting for me when I arrived later that evening. The process was smooth, the environment was professional and team was patient with all of my questions. Dan Zink was a pleasure to work with from the first moment. We knew we wanted an Odyssey, but had not bought a car in 9+ years. Dan showed us several buy/lease options with no pressure to take any of the options. He patiently explained each option and what our costs would be for each. We drove 2 or 3 cars before making a decision on leasing a new Odyssey. He worked overtime that night since the dealership closed at 5. We came in for the purchase on Memorial Day and Dan was of invaluable help in finishing the paperwork and delivering the vehicle. Kudos to Dan and to Scott Honda. More

Jeff is Awesome! I don't feel like I bought a new car! That's because for the first time in my life, I didn't go though the horrifying experience of dealing with a pus I don't feel like I bought a new car! That's because for the first time in my life, I didn't go though the horrifying experience of dealing with a pushy sales associate, hidden fees, etc. Jeff was absolutely awesome! He listened to us, understood what we wanted and also what we didn't want (and not once did he push for stuff we said we didn't want), and was just an overall a really nice and trustworthy guy!! This was the best car buying experience and all the credit goes to Jeff! I hope he doesn't retire or make a career change, because we don't want to go to any other dealership or any other sales associate after our wonderful experience with Jeff and Scott Honda. More
