Our 2010 purchase was very pleasantly surprising after two prior minivan purchases. We were extremely impressed with the cordial and professional way we were treated. The terms were outstanding and we came away thinking if the car and service support met expectations we would very probably return. The Odyssey was a great vehicle for us and the service we received was outstanding over the next six years. We came back and the end-to-end purchasing experience was superior to any other car purchase we have experienced before. Brandon was great to work with and Tom handled our first purchase so it was great to be able to work with him again. We're looking forward to continuing our great relationship with Scott Honda and our new Odyssey! More

We felt comfortable, valued and appreciated. The sales, finance and management staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgable and personable. Our sales person called the day before our appointment and explained the various trim levels of the vehicles we were interested in. It was a nice easy conversation. Any question we asked was answered truthfully and without any attempt to mislead. We also interacted with the fiancé and and management team. All the staff said they were appreciative of our business. We felt valued because each member of the staff let us know they were there to help and that they valued our business. The discussions were fair and open and we ultimately closed a deal for two vehicles. We were pleased with the prices we paid for both vehicles. Financing is very easy and straight forward. All paperwork is clearly explained and there are no catches. As one would expect, additional services are offered. We did not feel pressure to purchase them but ultimately did for our own piece of mind. We prepared for our visit by taking the time to research and get informed. That was respected at Scott and not dismissed. We honestly recommend Scott to anyone interested in a Honda. We recommend the team of Greg W for sales, Rob G for finance and Azad for management.
