He was very patient and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease the whole time. No pressure and took his time even though it was late and near closing time. I decided to purchase and I came back the next day to pick up the van. After all the paperwork was completed He took me to get the van. I noticed something was broken that I did not notice the night before because it was dark and Dan made sure that I got a new replacement piece to make me happy. I am very glad I had Dan as my salesman. He did not pressure me at all and made me feel comfortable to make my purchase. I can't say that about other salesmen at other dealers I went to.
