He went so far as to come in 3 hours earlier than his shift, just so we could do the sale. Please also note Scott's VERY good used car vetting process. Some time ago, my family had their eye on a used car. Scott was not yet done testing/vetting the car. It wound up NOT passing. They would no longer sell it to us b/c it did not pass their rather rigorous test procedures. That kind of thoroughness keeps my family coming back, with confidence that the cars we buy here, are "drive-worthy". Did not see Anthony's name below, from finance department, to rate him.
