I had a great purchasing experience but the trunk release button on my both my keys do not work. I reached out to the salesman and he referred me to the service department. I'm not sure if problem will be fixed without compensation but I will follow up.

I had someone call you to share that your car's “valet mode” may be activated, which locks access to the trunk. To turn it off, turn the knob inside your glove box. Please let us know if that works.
