BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Jay Pham was one of the best sales reps that I ever had! Coming into Scott Honda today I had doubts about even owing my own vehicle, but I thought I c Jay Pham was one of the best sales reps that I ever had! Coming into Scott Honda today I had doubts about even owing my own vehicle, but I thought I could just stop in for a quick second to take a look around. As I walked down the isle of amazing new cars and looked around I was confused on where to go for help, immediately I passed Jays cubicle and within a second he asked if I had been helped at all. He sat me down and talked about my options, I didn’t even think it was possible because of my credit and couple other reasons, throughout the whole process he had the most positive attitude, specially when we’re waiting on the banks about the credit, I on the other hand figured it was a no go but about 40 minutes later he came back with a smile on his face and gave me a thumbs up! WHO KNEW? I ended up walking out with 2017 Honda EX-L coupe, my dream car. I will be recommending Jay to everyone I know that’s interested in getting a new car, with his positive attitude, genuine kindness it was hard not to leave the dealership empty handed.
