I sincerely apologize for your frustration. I'm disheartened that you were left with such an impression. That's why I've called twice and texted you. We're 100% committed to your satisfaction, so I shared my thoughts on my next steps to regain your confidence. We'll demonstrate our commitment and integrity if you allow us to spend additional time with your vehicle. We'll make it convenient— drop off a loaner and pick up your Odyssey. We'll get it right, Mrs. Six, and determine why this warning is on after a couple of days of our repair plan. Please know we did check the battery as you requested, but that did not solve the warning light. We follow Honda manufacturer protocol for repair plans.
