Over the past 14 years, I have had excellent service from Scott Honda for my two Honda vehicles. Earlier this week I took a 2012 Honda CRV in, thinking that the engine work would take several days. On 5 pm m Scott Honda for my two Honda vehicles. Earlier this week I took a 2012 Honda CRV in, thinking that the engine work would take several days. On 5 pm my phone rang and they said it was done in one day and the price was exactly what they estimated. When I arrived I found they had forgotten to do the final oil change. They did the oil change while I waited and would not let me pay for it. I was shocked! I attribute this miracle to Shiva Lawton who is one of their friendly and amazing service advisors. More

Shiva navigated my older model Honda Civic through a maze of analyses. Working closely with the technicians over a period of thirteen days, she not only oversaw the repairs, but Shiva continued to keep me well informed throughout the repair process. I credit Shiva and her team with excellence that is so difficult to come by in today’s marketplace. I continue to drive my car which went through a final twenty-mile road test by the technician before the car was returned to me for my continued safe driving. More

Selling crap used cars! 2019 Ford Fusion. Car lasted from August 2025 - February 2026 but not before Scott had to replace the TRANSMISSION because it failed. Just found out 2019 Ford Fusion. My suspicion is that they knowingly sold my 84 year old mother a piece of CRAP car just to get it off the lot. Gave them a 1 star Google review, which, is not found as of today, so I suspect they got rid of it. They said they were sorry and that they'd forward to the poor review to their manager. Have not heard a word. I doubt I will. Also conveniently forgot to give me the Carfax when I asked for it while we were in the process of buying the vehicle. Will blast them on every social media platform until they DO THE RIGHT THING. More
