I reached out to Wesley, the service manager, at least five times before he finally responded to a text message. I had an issue with paint peeling from a 2016 Honda Pilot and the corporate office denied t five times before he finally responded to a text message. The issue is well documented with this particular color (white), yet neither the dealership nor American Honda see it as their issue to resolve. Wesley never would call me but did finally text that he is not authorized to cover the cost of the repair and that when his car needed to be painted he paid for it and would do so again. My family has been loyal to Honda for decades. This makes me rethink my loyalty. More
