Depends. The low tire pressure problem was not corrected. Only the low tire warning light was reset, but the tire low pressure light came on again next day. From the get go, I had a great experience with Scott Clark Honda. The front desk was friendly and there was no wait in getting into a car purchase. For previous dealerships I had tried, it was a pain to Clark Honda. The front desk was friendly and there was no wait in getting into a car purchase. For previous dealerships I had tried, it was a pain to try to get anything worked out. It was back and forth and back and forth to no avail. It took an hour and a half at the first dealership (not Scott Clark Honda) to tell me the items they needed to see to even come up with a possible deal. When I had brought those items to them, it took another hour and a half for them to tell me that those things were not enough to make a deal for a car purchase. When I came to Scott Clark Honda, it took ONLY an hour and a half to not only find out what I was looking for, but also show me different cars, make a deal, close the deal, and get me a car to drive out in. From the people waiting outside to the front desk, to my salesman to the financial manager, buying from Scott Clark Honda was a five-star experience through and through! They did not try to cheat me; on the other hand, they tried to help me and offered useful deals and information to me as a first-time buyer! Now, I want to talk about my salesman, Chris Baronowski. Coming back from the first dealership, it was suggested to me by my dad to try Scott Clark Honda. I was disappointed with how the encounter had gone, and I did not want to try Scott Clark Honda because I believed that it would go the same way as the two times at the first dealer; however, I called anyway. The person who picked up the phone was Chris. He answered the phone, and you could just sense the politeness, enthusiasm, and energy in his voice. I told him quickly and precisely what I was looking for. Chris told me that he had something exactly like what I was looking for and that I could come in right away to see it and test drive it. This was different from what I had experienced at the other dealer, because even though I told my first salesman exactly what I was looking for, the salesman would acknowledge what I wanted but would continue to show me cars that were not the price range I required, out of the mileage range I required, and things that I, as a first-time buyer, was simply just not going to get. From the initial phone call, Chris cut through all of this immediately, getting down to exactly what I wished. When I showed up at the dealer, he didn't "pull a fast one" on me either. Chris kept it up with understanding and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Actually, he had sprinted to the lot out back (Scott Clark is a volume dealer, so that is about a quarter mile run) just to check for sure if he had what he said he did--and he did! Though at the first dealer, I was not able to secure a deal, Chris worked for me and advocated for me and was able to work out a superb deal for me within minutes! He was quick to do what he said he would and did not linger where he was for long. Chris showed me and those who were with me a car and gave us very valuable information and advice, and I ended up driving out a car from Scott Clark Honda that night! Chris has since followed up with me at least two times (it has been a week so far) to make sure everything was going well. He told me to reach out any time I needed anything. I really appreciate my experience at Scott Clark Honda, with Chris Baronowski, and with Benjamin Parker (the financial manager who also helped me out a ton!)! Everyone who I worked with and talked with was top notch. I recommend Scott Clark Honda, Chris Baronowski, and Benjamin Parker! More
