I reached out to Wesley, the service manager, at least five times before he finally responded to a text message. Wesley never would call me but did finally text that he is not authorized to cover the cost of the repair and that when his car needed to be painted he paid for it and would do so again. My family has been loyal to Honda for decades. This makes me rethink my loyalty. More
