I have been a loyal customer since 2017. But my last service made me not want to come back. You sent me pictures of my cabin filter & engine filter that shows it looks really filthy. I declined replacing the cabin filter because we can replace it ourselves. So I ordered new filters and when I removed the filter, it looks somewhat clean and nothing like the pictures you showed me. Your dishonesty has made me write this review. Now I don't even know if you actually rotated my tires or performed my oil change. But I have my lost trust in this dealership and will be going elsewhere from now on. More
