We bought two used cars on the same day. We drove one of them off the lot and the second we needed to wait for them to make a second key and get a hub cap. We waited five days for them to complete this task and when my wife came to pick up the car they did not have another key nor the hub cap. I have tried calling them with no response. Furthermore, we financed about 5k with them and got a surcharged of $600 that I missed buried in the paperwork. Their actions are extremely shady and do not recommend them at all. There are many other car dealerships in Charlotte. More

Bought a 2024 Civic Si from this dealership in October 2023. Went to buy a 2024 H-RV EX-L from them on 2/10/24, had agreed on price, told them I was on the way and show up at dealership to find the car ha 2023. Went to buy a 2024 H-RV EX-L from them on 2/10/24, had agreed on price, told them I was on the way and show up at dealership to find the car had just sold. The same car arrived a few days later so I went in to take a look and was given an initial offer with a $3900 dealer markup, $525 higher price on the exact same car that I had gone to buy 5 days earlier, and an offer for my trade in that was $1,600 lower than an offer from another dealer, Not a good experience so I ended up buying from another dealer.
