My wife and I recently decided to purchase a used Honda Odyssey from Scott Clark Honda. We found an Odyssey that we liked and decided to drive to the dealership to look at the vehicle. The van drove well on our test drive, and despite some damages on the front and back bumper of the vehicle, as well as minor cosmetic issues, we decided that we would move forward on the purchase with the guarantee by the salesperson that the damages would be fixed in a timely manner after the sale. The sales and financing experiences were pleasant and quick, and we were satisfied with our purchase, with the expectation that damages would be taken care of promptly within the first few weeks of our purchase. Unfortunately, what initially seemed like a great experience has quickly turned sour. Not only has Scott Clark Honda failed to deliver on their promises, but their post-sale customer service has been shockingly nonexistent. Despite numerous attempts by both my wife and I to contact the salesperson, we have only managed to connect with him one time, where we were promised a timely response back on a time and date for repairs that has still not been confirmed. In addition, we have had further issues with the entertainment center and numerous errors with the passenger side sliding door not fully closing correctly and producing errors on the dashboard. It has become clear to us that Scott Clark Honda prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction. It is annoying to be left hanging after spending a significant amount of money on a large purchase. The lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers who expect a certain degree of quality customer service from the Scott Clark brand. I urge anyone considering buying from Scott Clark Honda to think twice and consider other options. More

In February 2024, I bought a Honda Passport from Scott Clark. The Salesperson told me the car had gone through a 182-point vehicle check. The Finance manager told me that Honda doesn't sell certified pre Clark. The Salesperson told me the car had gone through a 182-point vehicle check. The Finance manager told me that Honda doesn't sell certified pre-owned passports because there are so few of them on the market. Since the car had just over 17,000 miles, I knew the car was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty and was not overly concerned by the finance manager's comment. Before driving off the lot, I connected my phone to the car and as I was driving home, I called my wife. I could hear my wife but she could not hear me. I had the same problem after making several attempts to call her. Then I turned the radio on and after a minute or two, the radio would lose the station. The same issue occurred after several attempts. When I arrived home, I realized that the sensors that detect objects were not working. I returned the car the next day and advise the salesperson that if the car cannot be fixed, I want a full refund towards a different vehicle. I got a loaner, and the dealer kept the vehicle for about a week and could not fix the issues with the vehicle. To discourage me from returning the car, the sales manager told me that the vehicle broke after it was sold to me. He also said that if I were to return the vehicle, it needed to be traded for another vehicle at a loss. I allowed the manager to continue with his nonsensical logic and I made it clear that he can call the return whatever he wishes just as long as I received full credit for the returned Passport. In the end, I got full credit for the returned vehicle and I paid an additional 3k towards a 2023 model which was a certified pre-owned. I was totally disappointed with the level of lies and misrepresentation of the vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from Scott Clark. I will take my car elsewhere for servicing. More
