We just bought the Sub Crosstrek Sport this week. John was our salesperson. I just wanted to send a HUGE thanks - I have NEVER had a better experience buying a car!!! Everything was perfect---and the best part---how he sat in the car before we left and went over what every button did!! Every bell and whistle--explained it all to us!! I have never ever had anyone sell anything to me that cared that much to explain everything!! (I just wish I had recorded him because there is sooo much on that car I can't remember EVERYTHING!! Since, talking to friends, I have had some say they won't go anywhere else but SD!! Thank you John, and Dan! I love my Subi more and more everyday!!! More

I found a problem with my suv. The service manager totally ignored what I had found. My suv was due 60000 mile check. 4 new spark plugs and 1040.00 late, I drive home (100mile) and The service manager totally ignored what I had found.
