I enjoyed my experience at Suburban Volvo. They were straight forward and nothing changed when I got there. I don't normally enjoy buying a car in Florida but Volvo exceeded all my expectations. classic bait and switch. They made the deal on the phone with us and added an additonal $ 1500.00 when we showed up claiming the price was only good for volvo employees yet the did not mention it over the p with us and added an additonal $ 1500.00 when we showed up claiming the price was only good for volvo employees yet the did not mention it over the phone. DONT GO HERE. the sales person brough the manager who claimed there was nothing he could do. Unprofessional behavior and totaly unacceptable.
