Tom & Gregg aren't bad guys, but once the deal was signed they wanted nothing to do with us. Awful follow through. Mutiple issues: - Inside & Outside of car was not clean - Tried giving us the Car without they wanted nothing to do with us. Awful follow through. Mutiple issues: - Inside & Outside of car was not clean - Tried giving us the Car without a Mat - They tried to give the car without manual - They damaged the tint on rear window & did not tell us. Next morning we noticed and we demanded they pay for the repair. - They also damaged the tint on the windshield and tried to tell us we could get it repaired at our expense. We made them remove the tint before we took the car. - And finally they tried to give us the car with only 1/4 tank of gas This made us wonder if there were other things they were not telling us or disclosing. Great car, but be assertive and persistant in order to finish a fair deal. More

Tom Dauria, Gregg Becker, and Philip Jacobson were outstanding. Let me acknowledge why I gave friendliness a 4. When we arrived a gentleman, never got his name, tall with white hair would not give us outstanding. Let me acknowledge why I gave friendliness a 4. When we arrived a gentleman, never got his name, tall with white hair would not give us the time of day. Finally Tom showed up and our car buying experience was great from there on out. We arrived around 6pm. Tom listened, suggested and understood exactly what my wife and I were looking for. He never sold. He made the process smooth and we finally arrived at a fair price for the vehicle we were trading as well as the vehicle we purchased. From there Gregg Becker closed the deal and handled the paperwork faster than any purchase I have ever been through. He was thorough and friendly making myself and my wife feel very much apart of the process. The dealership closes at 8 and all three stayed 30 minutes after making sure everything was set as we drove off in our new vehicle. I know we were not the only deal of the day but the staff (except the first gentleman we encountered) made us feel as if we were. I hope the car treats us as well as Tom, Gregg, and Philip. More
