I told him they could have my L300 Saturn, and I would keep the S80,but the offer was declined. After driving the S80 , fell in love with it, wanted it but knew it was out of my reach.$$ He told me that purchasing my Next car should be at Suburban Volvo of West Palm Beach. WOW, what a friendly and professional service department. I decided to buy a new car. I had a stomachachejust thinking about it!Yovonne referred me to check out the awesome Suburban Volvo website! Saw an ad on the internet and called ,spoke to Salesman Louis Obregon about a used 2002 Lincoln that he had in stock. Made an appointment for another day to see the vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was clean,battery good, had gas and was ready to be test driven which is more than I can say for other cars at other dealerships that I had seen in the past. Soon after inspecting the vehicle I was introduced to Howard Stravitz who did whatever he could to assist me trading in my old vehicle and obtain finance for the newer one. The deal was complete in 2.5 hours from begining to end. Unfortunately later that night I was showing my new (to me) vehicle off to my friends when the passenger window dropped into the door ...... The next morning I went up to the dealership early in the morning and saw one of the managers JIM SABO and showed him what happened to the car i purchased 12 hours earlier. When he saw what had happened he immediately took my Lincoln into the Volvo service area and a few hours later the window was fixed car was cleaned and fully gassed up- no charge. Now that's customer service and I am a satisfied customer. More
Looking for used S60, we located Suburban Volve and drove 3 cars upon our first visit with Elliott. We left with some car faxes, price sheets and good info. We visted two other Volvo dealers and drove a coup 3 cars upon our first visit with Elliott. We left with some car faxes, price sheets and good info. We visted two other Volvo dealers and drove a couple more vehicles that were 3X more than we wanted to pay. almost 4 weeks went by and Elliott would test me and ask if we found a S60 yet. I texted him back and said no. He stated that he had an S60 for $8995 and encouraged me to take a look. We ended up finding a beautiful S60 on Autotrader. The car was $6995, year 2002 and 95Kmi. I texted Elliott on Sun. 5/23 and asked if car was sold. The next morn, Elliott texted me a nd said car was avail. My wife and I drove down and drove car. Heard a hissing a dn a clunk noise on 1st test ride. Elloiott introduced me to Shop Foreman and we took a drive, The shop faremean diagnosed his on the road as a leaky needle bearing under steering column wheiiich he fixed when we returned. He aslo heard the clunk noise that I thought was a left front ctrl arm busing. The foreman and I returned to dealership where he asked if I wanted him to put car up on lift. This sold me on the car. I was able to confirm no rust, no fluid leaks and no chassis or component issues underneath. The Shop Foreman has the rear cntrl arm bushing lubed and retorqued and this fixed the clunk noise. I then processed paperwork with Elliott and Howie (biz mngr). Elliott allowed me to use his phone to contact my company credit union. Financing was secured and I signed papers, received metal lic. plate, registration and all paperwork. The employee professionalism and engagement was impressive and I will be back in a coupel years to buy a pre-owned XC60 for sure. GREAT Buying experience because they listened to the things I was interested in....safety and mechanical reliablity for $6995!!! More
David was able to negotiate a good price for the C70 we bought. He also drove to car to our house the next day and spent a good deal of time getting our insurance set up. No "car salesman" pressure. When my lease was coming up on my 2008 S40 I decided I wanted to get a 2011 Volvo XC60. Weeks before my lease maturity date I started doing research on pricing and information online and 2 weeks before I wanted to get a 2011 Volvo XC60. Weeks before my lease maturity date I started doing research on pricing and information online and 2 weeks before I needed to finalize the purchase I sent a request via email to the sales manager of every Volvo dealership in South Florida from Miami Dade county through Palm Beach. My request was simple... please have one of your sales associates send me a comprehensive breakdown of the numbers for purchasing and financing this vehicle. The emails and phone calls that I got back were garbage. Between not giving me any numbers to telling me I need to come to the showroom to get what I was looking for I was very frustrated with the process. I received a very straight forward email from Matt with the information I was requesting and went through a few additional questions and concerns back and forth via email. Just a few days later my husband and I went in looked at the car, discussed the numbers a bit further and signed the paperwork. He made the process so simple and he was a true professional... something very hard to find in the car business. I believe we got a great deal on this SUV and I will be very happy to drive it for the next few years until I get my next Volvo from Suburban. More
I found a car that fit my criteria on the internet. Even though the dealer was not open Sunday, David got in touch with me. He even made himself available on a day off to do this deal. I came to the dealership to look at a car I saw on line. I walked around the lot for about 15 min. and finally went inside to find a sales associate. I stood around the show room for a while and someone finally came over to help me. He took me outside to see a car like the one I saw online. The car was not there as an employee was using it. The sales associate was not sure which model car it was. He went to find out. I was left outside while he went inside to get some information about the car I came to see. I assumed he was coming right back. It started to rain. I waited a while and I finally went back inside. The sales associate was at his desk with someone else and apparently had forgotten me. I stood in the showroom for a few minutes watching a few people make themselves look busy and still being ignored by the salesperson. Since I'm smart enough to come out the rain I'm also smart enough not to give my money to people who don't respect their customers.This would have been my third Volvo, but I guess I'll just have to test drive the Mercedes I saw down the street. More

I went into the dealership just to look at a vehicle my daughter had found advertised. Since it was the holidays I wasn't intending to purchase one at this time. The condition of the vehicle, the price, the quality, and the way we were treated made it difficult to walk away. I never felt pressured about the sale. We were treated very well and I knew if I was going to buy a car that it would very likely be at this dealership. They worked with us on showing the vehicle to my husband and gave us all the time we needed. The customer service we experienced was a pleasant surprise having been in many dealerships in the past. I felt like they were trying to be fair with the price as much as possible and went over and above to help us with the financing. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to friends and family because of our positive experience. We ended up in an awesome car for my daughter, the car of her dreams at a price we could afford. We will return there for sure for our next used or new car purchase. More
